Bought this App as we started our piano lessons. Initially it was ok and we were able to find the sheet music we wanted, but after a while we weren’t able to access some of sheet music as it keeps asking for an upgrade to get a so called “Pro” version and which needs to pay more to get the music I wanted…
When you get started there are many multiples of offers to get going. Only once you actually start do you realise that there are many other layers to the pricing and available to actually get the best use out of the product. Suggestion is to be very careful when assessing the cost of the product, and avoid if there is a better product. If this continues, I’m going to ask for my money back.
I cannot login with email and password, with which I can log in on musescore.COM. Always shows “Invalid login or password ”. I have tried many times and pretty sure my email and password are correct.
I have tried to search songs and it has worked but when I reseted the app all my search’s went away and everything wouldn’t pop up. I am very upset. I wanted to continue my favorite song: ocean eyes by Billie eilish. And it wasn’t there, nothing was saved, nothing showed up, none of the songs I played showed up. This app has made me very upset. I would like a respond and a clear reason on how to fix it.

The app is confusing and poorly designed, making it easy to fall into subscription traps. I was charged for an annual subscription even though my free trial hadn’t ended, and refunds are impossible. Customer support is nothing but an AI bot—no real help or accountability. This “free trial” feels like a deliberate scam. Avoid this app!
This app is the worst app I have ever seen. They offered me a 7 day free trial to the pro version only to charge me straight away. Still trying to negotiate with apple to get a refund but you would do well to avoid this app and their unscrupulous ways. I have reported this to apple as a fraudulent app and they are taking this seriously so hopefully it will be removed from the App Store. They are going to learn the hard way that if you have to scan your customers into subscription then you don’t deserve to be on the App Store:
Please give me my money back. I signed up for a 7 day trial and you took my money right out of my account as soon as I agreed.
Was thinking i was going into a 7 day free trial and only getting charged after, but got charged for the full year right away. Then was presented with page after page trying to upsell me more stuff. Says cancel anytime, but i’m locked in for a full year now. Beware people. Gives me scam vibes.
