Subscribed but can’t even load the content. When open the app again … even though the subscription still active still asked for more renewals

The information on the site was not transparent, and I did not realize I was purchasing two subscriptions without a trial. Based on the information provided, I understood that I would be receiving a single Pro subscription with a 7-day trial. That charged me almost 80$ without any notification and suggested me 25% refund or 6months extension wtf

for me my parent doesn’t allow to use money for an apps or something in my iPad I need it to be free because I think 55% of people theirs parents doesn’t allow them to use money in apps so I think I would be good if you develop it to be free , all of it I think it’s good and nice ,for my opinion a note and everything is good have the play for people doesn’t understand what it would be like what how to play I think you should makes it free if you fix it I will rate you again if I can I will rate you 5 stars
a major bug about musescore on ipad
I have used MuseScore 4 on iPhone 11 and it opens all scores normally. But when I open it on iPad(9th generation), it cannot open any scores. It gives me an error saying The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.deveicecheck.error error 4). This error prevents me from opening any scores. I used to use MuseScore 3 and it opened all scores normally. Please fix this error for the app developer.
Not stable. Highly not recommended
The app is super not stable. Lots of time it’s freezing or loading forever. It’s totally annoying and a waste of time.
Already buy but can’t use
I already pay for 69฿ and 109฿ but can not use any option, please help.
