Great Selection, Slow/Buggy App

Buy lots of music from here and the selection is great. However, the app is very slow to navigate and sometimes the pages don’t refresh at all. I hope the app can be re-engineered to become more performant.

Great music

Music notes is fab - great music and now have a great addition which allows you to listen to small sections of the piece so you can get the timing right. I play piano and it has allowed me to make great progress - I am learning a piece a week, so well worth the investment👍 thanks music notes⭐️

Buffering sign in

It’d be great if I could actually sign into my account. The sign in button just buffers endlessly. I’ve tried using data and Wi-Fi and had the same thing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. No problem signing in on the web browser so I know it’s not a username/password issue. I’d use the web browser instead but I get an error trying to open my pieces so thought the app might work, apparently not. It seems my pieces (and money) are lost to the void.

Overpriced and not practical

Honestly pretty disappointed with this app. Had to pay £5.83 for one piece of music, which is absurd amounts for one piece. As well as this, you are unable to download a pdf so simply have to use it on the app. I might add that even if you buy some music online, you are unable to access it unless you download the app, very cheeky! However the sheet music itself is of high quality, but I was not happy with the experience as a whole.

Very pleased

The sign of a good company is normally how it responds when things don’t go so well. Experience has been great so far, and with the one small error, it was fixed by the support team effectively. So very confident going forward.

Almost there

This app is a great tool for professional singers and musicians. The one tool I’m really missing however, and that would make such a difference, is to be able to cut the music in app so it’ll playback only the sections required. Eg. Instead of having verse chorus verse bridge chorus, cutting the second verse and playing verse chorus bridge chorus seamlessly into one another

Great app

This is a great app, but it has been crashing recently - could this be fixed?

Poor iPad experience.

As another user has said. The music doesn’t scroll properly on the iPad. It disappear off the screen in landscape mode. You can’t move it yourself once it’s playing. I’m portrait mode it’s too small, if you enlarge it, the controls disappear. Pointless. I’ve had this app for quite a few years and it hasn’t changed at all. This could’ve been really good but I guess they’re not interested in improving it.

Great app, but printing?

I love the app, the way everything works, the music is clear to read on my large ipad pro. However, i give the app a 4 for printing, because on every page they print, “Musicnotes and authurised by ….” It crushes the lines up and makes it difficult to read and you can’t adjust the preset margins. Other than that I love the ease of use

Download issues

There is a glitch in the ability to download your pdfs to the iPhone app - the instructions don’t work and the help bot repeatedly circles back to the start. This has applied to all 5 of my orders
