fast and nice services
Worst application!
They keep me waiting for 30 minutes and the taxi supposedly arrive I wrote to him, never answer! I didn’t want to cancel for the charge so I went to my house with convencional taxi! At the moment I arrived home I checked my bank account and they charged me! And then I checked the app and the taxi still in their way to pick me up! This application is totally fake!
Regular/bad service
One time I’ve had to wait for more than 45 min for a taxi, when it was supposed to arrive in 10 min. In other moment I asked for the service and the taxi driver said he was waiting for me at the meeting post, but never arrived. At the end I’ve had to cancel the service.
No more frustration
This app is my hero, I can’t say they are more expensive than the normal taxis just because I couldn’t ever take a normal taxi. People say “in Shanghai almost every body speak English” well, that’s false! It’s really important to improve the app structure in order to make it easier, for example I didn’t knew there was a help chat until I took my third trip. Also, put the RMB cash payment would be really nice !

De lo más sencillo para moverse aunque los precios son el doble de un taxi convencional, la ventaja? Pues que ellos si hablan inglés a través de su aplicación, ningún taxi normal habla ni una gota de inglés y es muy difícil comunicarse o siquiera pedirles que te lleven a una dirección en específico
Complicada
Es complicada de usar, los taxistas no te entienden ni la más mínima palabra de inglés y el GPS no te ubica correctamente
