prices are way up - the price is shown in USD, but flagging down a taxi will cost you the same amount in CNY. I feel ripped off.

First service

Car had a different license plate, but was clean and with a kind and helpful driver. 👍

Great when you can’t speak chinese

Customer support was great while I tried to find my cab at Pudong Shanghai airport. So helpful and the driver waited long enough. Cheaper trip than other airport taxis and in a new well equipped car.

Imagine an Uber that cares!

Super helpful human contact, great interface, already used several times on my first day ever in China. Great cars, excellent drivers, so glad to have found this app.

Ordered and paid €30 for a taxi at Beijing airport that never came. Still trying to get my money back

Werkt ok

Gebruiksvriendelijk en werkt ongeveer als Uber. Maar komen vaak later dan beloofd en soms erg veel later. Localiseren is vaak lastig en werkt niet zo zuiver als Uber. Maar ze doen wel hun best...

My credit card is not accepted?
