Western digital is slow on solving issue

It’s been a week. And we still can’t login. At their website, they forced us to login thru local. It’s like they don’t have a brain to think what if the device is at home and the person is outstation? A WEEK. THIS IS MADNESS!

Picture Tile View In Album Please

We love this app but can we please ask your team to tweak it a bit so that we can have tile view option in each album instead of just in ‘photos’. Sometime it’s quite hard to view and find pictures that got mixed with similliar dates in the ‘photos’ tab. Thank you :)

Unsatisfactory video player

Hope you can improve the video player on iphone. Vlc player is buggy, and it crash for no reason today when opening a video.

WD - My Cloud Home - 8T

It consolidates everything and backing it all up. My Cloud Home is accessible to all my devices on my home network and also over the internet. It’s extremely easy to set up and use.

Bug found in uploading PDF to WhatsApp Chat

I’ve been trying without success today to upload some PDF files from My Cloud Home to one of my WhatsApp Chat groups. The usual “Send” button has been replaced by “Arrow Up” button. Touching this “new” button will bring you back to the selection page again!! After making selection again, the “Arrow Up” button can’t change to the “Send” button! There seem to be some bugs causing this loop. Please fix the bugs. Thanks!

Please remove the capability to play mkv file

Your player is suck on playback large file and not able to choose subtitles, just remove the suck damn player

Enhance functions

Should able to backup whatsapp chat history etc etc... after exit the apps it wont auto backup photos from iphone
