I love the idea behind the app and being able to access my stuff whenever I want wherever I want without having to carry anything extra but the app is soo slow. It takes a long time to process and open photos/ videos. I though I would be able to easily organise my photos but having to wait for them to load is a nightmare. Please so better.
Every year on release of a new IOS the app is not optimised and the menu buttons goes to the top, making it not easy to access. Most times the only way to be back to apps Home Screen is to kills the app. This happened last two releases of ios and now with the release of ios17, even after two months the developer did not take steps to fix this. Currently I am as good a having a hardware with a software that doesn’t allow me to access the hardware
The buttons are hidden on the iphone 15 pro, not supported
Please fix. The app doesn’t work with iPhone 15pro max.

I bought my My Cloud Home so I could save space on my computer/iPad without having to use a cloud service that may or may not be secure. I only realised today that on my iPad the documents and data are stored on the iPad - 25GB of it as opposed to the 130MB which is the actual app size. This means the app itself is doing nothing for my iPad storage. It’s about to be deleted and I will just have to download any documents when I need to use them - very annoying.
Since the significant iCloud outage in April 2023, I can’t get passed the two factor login to get the app working. The email with the code either doesn’t turn up or when you enter it the app has an unexpected error. Additionally I have the access to myCloud more and more erratic leading up to the outage, with the drive dropping in and out continually. I would not recommend the myCloud products!
Edit: Whoops! Looks like you leaked our data and now we’re at day ten of not being able to access our personal data and files. Where’s my “loaner” HD WD? I’ve got things to do. Who can even hazard a guess how free space is calculated? My drive ended up with 0 bytes free. I just moved 30gb off it and it still says 0 bytes free. Sadly if you’re reading this it’s probably too late and you already bought one. Commiserations. Edit: why does this app keep logging me out? Multiple times per day? FIX THIS NOW
App not working since one weeks, cannot access anything from my hard drive also. Looks like I lost all my important data.
I thought it would be very easy to move and organise photos but it’s not the case. Moving photos is a nightmare and it doesn’t save your sign in you have log in and wait forever!! I am not enjoying this device since I got it. Am about to update, I pray it’s improved. I also keep getting an error message “Error uploading try again later” when uploading from my phone photos. Can someone please help me enjoy this product
