App so basic they need to give consumers the options to add, change & remove services they also need to add options to create mobile accounts through the app without giving customer services reps our information. I also believe that they need to lower prices on tv & internet for people with low income households and elderly families. This app needs major updates and major improvements they don’t even have the option for Apple Pay to pay the bill they have no option for adding or removing equipment they have no options to upgrade or downgrade internet or tv packages. Why create an app that only gives limited access to consumers that’s unacceptable optimum needs major improvements to the app and better offers

The worst customer experience / internet

I’ve had this internet for 2 weeks. It has hardly worked the entire time. I work from home and it has impacted my ability to work… for two weeks. Now going into my 3rd week and still not working. I will again experience this horrible internet affecting my work. I’ve checked internet speeds various ways and I am not getting the speeds I am contacted for?! At what point is this company in breach of service?! The worst part is I have no clear answer WHY it’s not working. I’ve tried to escalate this multiple times and no one seems to know “how” to escalate. What company does not have an overall customer experience department?! Horrible. I’ve never had such horrible experience as a customer with a company who acts like they cannot fix or escalate my issues with their own service.

Price is way too high for what you get. Old movies and reruns not enough new movies. I’d be better off switching companies at these prices. You should offer discounted prices to loyal and old customers instead of new customers.

Day 12 without Internet, and cables are still on the ground after a storm. I see trucks come and go down the street. It’s so hard to talk to someone I can understand. They say they will call back but they don’t. The people on the phone are nice and want you to take a survey before anything is fixed. They want you to upgrade. I just want access to the internet again. Day 12 and counting.

Is there still a reason the launch screen exists?

Nowadays most apps launch straight into the Home Screen quickly. Yes the startup has been sped slightly but it’s still extremely slow. This is a pretty basic app, apps that have a lot more data to load have no need for a splash screen We don’t need fancy information to to be wished good day. Is there any consideration to launch to Home Screen right away? Please Dark mode would be nice as well Lastly, a bug, when the bill first generates, the website makes it clear that if you open a current bill, that that bill is still processing (it’ll say “Processing”); but, in the app, it acts like it’s opening the current bill, but instead opens the PRIOR month’s bill which confuses the user to think the bill is already ready, but it’s an outdated version.

I cannot stream since it buffers too much. Have 1 GB Service in a small house. I’ve called in many times. The techs do not show up, then you ca and ask for a supervisor, they laugh and say to call back. I wish there was another service I can use.

They’ll do anything to get a tech out

When they do its a 100+ plus $ every time they can also tamper with your Internet thru HQ,like there doing to me this past month , to make it seem like something is wrong with your internet just to come out! I use to be a tech for XFINITY (now I’m a certified CDL driver) I’ve checked all my wires including the telephone poles . So that tells me they are throwing a sales pitch to everyone just to make more money
