REPULSIVE (No exaggeration)

Do not ever use SIMBA’s internet for important acitivities on your phone, from losing high stakes mobile games to disconnecting from zoom meetings, their LTE is INCONSISTENT and UNRELIABLE. The average is 2 bars internet, very rarely will you get good coverage especially when moving about in Singapore. SIMBA, you are doing a disservice to Singaporeans by providing severely poor network and trying to buy your customers’ silence by providing quantity of data over quality. If you are considering to purchase on of their plans, don’t buy them for your own sake, and do not fall for their “$10 only!” plans for the quality of their data provided will have you pulling your hair.

why does it take hours just to download one app? i cannot watch a youtube video at home without lag if there was something called “the worst network company” then it would be simba

Recommended if you like to use offline mode

Massive downgrade coming from Singtel. Say you are connected 100% of the time on Singtel, over here you can expect to hit not more than 50% of Singtel’s connectivity and download speeds. Quantity is huge to entice people, but of course you will not be getting quality.

Lousy system with lots of bugs and problem, customer service team can’t do much to help, back office useless nobody there to solve the problem what they can do is escalate the issue to relavent department. Relevant department won’t get back to you fast I have been waiting since 2 months ago. When they get back to me what they said are just in back in Singapore already for roaming issue I’ll need to be in overseas so that they can investigate with the local telco. But since 2 months I have been travelling to Hong Kong, France, Malaysia, US, Japan, India, China, Australia and Italy. All these places are covered until SuperRoam Max which is the plan that I took. They still continue charging me without solve the problem. I have no roaming for 2 months. They can’t even solve such a simple problem what else they can do? I’m so so regret to change to this telco. If you all do not wan to have the same bad experience or any other problem please think twice. Don’t change for the sake of cheaper. Yes cheaper, but the products and service that you get are cheapest. Firstly, When plot in to Simba already submitted my credit card for monthly payment. Simba didn’t capture so at the end of the month they cut my line off and I have to go online browser Simba web to put in details. When it is done it took few days to process. Once the line is back they gave me a wrong plan which is 100gb and 1gb roaming which is and wrong plan that I took. But still charged me for $25. Website and app somehow showing I was having SuperRoam max plan but the total roaming that I got was 1gb. That was really weird and the system is really lousy. Such a failure issue can be happened. Secondly when they change back to the 10gb plan I can’t use it at all when I’m in those covered countries. 10gb/10gb still until today since 2 months ago. Visited brunch they said can’t do much only the max they can do is change physical sim and escalate the issue. Emailed to Simba support department through the website they also said the same thing already escalate to relevant department and they will update me. So the problem keep cycling. For 2 months and still counting. And now in Singapore already they are giving me another problem, no connection for local data and line. No one in this telco company can solve the problem and all are useless in the company. Nobody have the authority to take the responsibility to help you to solve your problem. Really worst telco in the whole world. Yes you didn’t see wrongly.
