I could not access my account.
The app will pop up a notification request to update the app, when there are no further updates available. Deleting and reinstalling app does not resolve the issue.
very problem apps
when renew the data it will take 1 days to change all the data..yesterday afternoon i ask a help from my sister..to top up it for $20..because its already expired..now im at kl..of coz i need to renew..mybe i will stay at kl around 1 week..then i will go back to singapore..i need to use it..it happen so many times..i thought because alot of people using so the apps mybe or will lagging abit..bit actually not..please SIMBA pte ltd..just want to ask a favor from you please upgrade the system..i really like your telco..for me its very easy..when go malaysia also got no problem..there only one problem..when you renew the expired date..🤦♂️
Cannot login 😩😩
After received OTP and types in OTP, cannot click the next buttons to enter for login 😩😩
I can’t go into main page
Once i key in the OTP number, i press next and it didn’t show to the main page of simba
Unable to login issue
Cannot login always show “An error has been encountered”.

Can’t even login since 2 weeks ago, please solve it as soon as possible

I open the app its shows an error has been encountered even I’ve deleted and installed back again also the same problem happens.
