I can’t reload through website App also cannot login even I use the right username and password.

Unable to login using the same username and password from web

Pls fix login issue. Correct id and password also cannot login. Login web can but apps cannot.

Unable to login in via this apps, there is an error message shown “INVALID INPUT”. Even entered the correct username & password. There is no issue login using the website with the exact same username & password. Please fix it
