They loot my money, sim also not recieved, no proper reply from the customer service, worstest network
App keep on crashing after opening after downloading it. Please ask the app developer to address the matter soonest. Thank you
$10 50GB for 30 days is a scam. They do not fullfill 30 days, but only 29 days. On the 30th day, they reset my data and took the fresh data from the next billing cycle (that had not even started yet) to replenish it so that there is no disruption and I wldnt discover it. I have already reported this to IMDA. Please check your app. The data should not be reset at the start of the 30th day, but at the end of the day at 11.59pm. Eg, if your billing cycle starts on the 1st, your data should not be reset at 12am on the 30th. It should be reset at 11.59pm on the 30th (or 12am on the new billing cycle day). Don’t let them con you into thinking that they have fulfilled the 30days. Report to IMDA if this happens to you.
I top up $10 dollars.. agine same time top up $10 dollars from my visa card .. they not add my balance.. but bank statement deducted my money.. I contact them but any one not response..dear all beware .. i think it telecom scam...
Pls help provide support for users in Singapore too. Bare bones app like webpage is enough. At least let us track our data usage with an app

Useless App, can’t even login with correct information.
Just notice it’s not an app for subscribers in Singapore. At this time and age, this is quite unthinkable for as Telco/ISP! Pls do something about it.
