Disfunctional app
The app is awful. I can’t understand how an ISP can publish such a bad app.

States it helps manage all your tpg services but doesn’t have mobile support
The app is extremely slow in loading the functional tiles. May take 3-5 minutes to load. Not well designed. Not even NFR tested. Very bad performance. Can you imaging if it is secure at all?
I ‘ve been with TPG for years ( not sure why ) and I was NEVER able to login into my account without resetting my password using the app. My login and/or password is ALWAYS wrong.
TPG itself has been great, but this app is essentially useless - it doesn’t save your login, so you have to login every time you open the app. We all have a lot of usernames and passwords to remember, so I’m frequently locked out of the app until I can figure out what my username password combo is. Just save logins and tie it to face/touchID for security. It’s not that hard, every other app can do it.
No redeeming qualities.
It doesn’t remember the ussr so I have to type it in again every time in the tiny virtual keyboard, and with password it doesn’t prompt to use my saved passwords. Just feels out of date and clumsy
This app is so outdated and clunky. Logging in is SUCH a chore. face id to open my list of password then I have to search for tpg to populate username & pw. Then I have to hit send to receive a code via sms which needs to be manually typed out (unlike other apps where it recognises and copies the code received). Then when you go to another app or leave for only a moment you have to log in all over again!!
I recently downloaded this app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the moment I started using it, I encountered an issue that has made the app nearly unusable: it continuously logs me out. Every time I try to access the app, I’m greeted with a login screen, and after entering my credentials, I’m promptly taken back to the dashboard. However, within moments, I find myself logged out again. This cycle repeats endlessly, making it impossible to utilize any of the app's features.
If I could give zero stars I would. Logging into the app occasionally works but not enough to be useful. The app itself doesn’t provide any useful features - you can see your data or call usage and that’s about it. Click on any link and it logs you out. Honestly, who designed this and how is it still so rubbish?
