Very basic

R1nair on

Turn by turn works great. However really missing option for traffic warning, specially speed cams that are available in most apps

TePee69 on

Turn by Turn navigatie werkt prima.

Waardeloos!

Basis werkt maar navi laat het afweten

rhwolly on

Works okay, but needs polishing

Ok... Waarom? on

Navigation review only Summer 2022: Finally functionality for GPX import and saving routes is implemented. GPX import works okay. Not clear when a file doesn’t import and when it will. And when a blockage will occur on a imported route a alternative will be suggested or the route will be cut short. An option to ignore the blockage will be most welcome. Auto-reroute works well. Looking forward for the next update. Fall 2021: Triumph motorcycles responded with a PM that GPX routes import will not be implemented in the near future. Even though a lot of reviews in the AppStore en play store are asking for this. I’m sad that I waisted my money on the connectivity module. Spring 2021: The app is very limited. My Scrambler is made for adventure, but unfortunately it is not possible to load GPX routes. The Beeline moto has many more functionalities and is easier to use. When will there be an update?

Could be so much more

pg2099 on

It’s frustrating to see this app languishing as it could be so much more. Navigation: Here’s a short list of the good. Instructions are clear. I never had issues with the phone disconnecting. It supports multiple waypoints! Now for the bad. Lacks basic functionality like starring/saving places. Can’t set a home/work location. This is so simple to implement, no idea why it’s not present. There is “integration” with What3words but it would be better if we could log into What3Words so that my favourites lists in What3Words could be used. More advanced functionality would be to support GPX tracks, allowing riders to plan longer journeys. Even if it’s just following a set of multiple waypoints. Longer term, think of live traffic integration, curvy/adventurous routing, etc. Trip logging: It logs your trip as a line on a map. That’s it. 🤦‍♂️ To develop this further, we could add so much more. Lean, speed and other stats (fuel economy, revs, tyre pressures, etc) could be collected from the bike as the phone is already connected to it. Using GPS you could also track elevation changes. Summary: Don’t buy the Bluetooth integration as it’s just not worth it right now. Judging by the apps update history it doesn’t look like any significant changes or improvements are in the pipeline. If they’re serious about improving this they need to hire a passionate product owner / team lead to take over this project (feel free to reach out). As it stands this is such a wasted opportunity.

Works poor and incorrect values

Lna-11 on

Bought the connectivity module for my Triumph Trident 600 but could have better saved the money. The navigation through the app works up to the moment you drive wrong. From this point onwards it freezes and nothing you can do. Second point petrol used per km is totally incorrect often twice as high as indicated on the bike itself. At the moment the app and connectivity module is useless.

Navigation doesn’t work

Hello My Triumph navigation doesn’t work, with the following set up: Triumph Speed Triple 1200RS iPhone 12 iOS 14.4.2 My Triumph 1.1.2 Any update to fix this?

Do we get an update?

scrambler 1200 on

At the moment navigation isn't working on my iPhone 8 plus with ios14.0.1 So I'm wondering do we get an update? To get this fixed.

It works but I miss little things

Een ontevreden mini warrior on

I like the turn by turn navigation but I think it’s weird that you can’t put in a standard ‘home’ or work address.
