Hi, I tried connect to my Triumph Tiger 800Xca and could not option connect with iphone on ios 17 .. i coulnf not get notification on Motorcycle „do you want connect app” but bluetooth with phone works. Do you know when you fix this bug to support new ios?
Almost impossible to connect to my IPhone. I received the instructions by mail, went and tried at the dealer and managed to connect once in hundred times. It is such a shame for a high end brand hoping to challenge BMW for example I am disappointed from this point of view whilst owning a Triumph Rally Pro. I have been told more than a year ago it would be fixed… not yet the case.
App can not see the bike, while it is conected via bluetoth to the phone! I can use all phone features via BT by joystick, and when trying use app it allways saying „no paired bike”. Tryed many times to pair it again to work with this aplication- unsuccessfully. It’s useless. (when you puting VIN number size of letters matters. Why?) Tiger 900
The app needs some basic functionality - the ability to plan a route and save it. It is absurd to be able to plan the route only when combined with the Trident, because otherwise the route is lost. There is potential in the system but it still requires a lot of work.
System nawigacji jest nieporozumieniem jak skręcisz w złą drogę to zamiast na nowo przeliczyć drogę to wskazuje Ci że masz powrócić do trasy i nawet jak powrócisz to nawigacja nie działa. Musisz się zatrzymać i na nowo wyznaczyć trasę. To wymaga natychmiastowej poprawki !!!!
I bought conectivity module to make my life easier unfortunatelly it is not. If I Connect only my phone and intercom everything works fine, but as soon as I add second pairing for navigation I cannot use phone calls, after answer a call phone constantly switch voice output and call is break after few seconds.
I spent some money on additional Bluetooth device to have access to the navigation system on my TFT in my bike (Rocket 3 GT) and guess what? Everything works except navigation. I can read the messages or listen to the music, which I don’t really need but no navigation. I have iPhone 11 Pro Max, rebooted system and app several times, but still does not work. Just waste my money.
Go in the right direction. Since the application works on Google maps, it should be possible to import a ready route planned on your computer.
The navigation system is completely unacceptable! The sole purpose of bike riding is discovering side roads and minor towns. Here you are only served with the quickest road from A to B, without any possible adjustments! You even can’t point to certain place on the map, you have to write specific location. I spent 400usd for BT modul at Triumph service shop and I’m totally disappointed with the product I got. Take a look at Riser or Moto comapano apps- this how you make it. The only good thing about the app is design- looks cool.
