Contactei os serviços de cliente que foram respondendo mas Truephone não tem contactos locais para fornecer LTE/4G e em 3G tem velocidade baixas abaixo de 1 Mb/s! Isto no centro da cidade de San Francisco! Escolha outro fornecedor de e-Sim

It’s great to be able to install an esim in a few minutes. This is the true digital transformation. All of that allied with a great experience in both the app and service. Go Truphone.

I just needed one day of data. Simple. But I received a double notification. Then again the next day! They changed the setting to be default auto renew!! So, I turned off auto renew. Then I was charged again the next day!! And the next! All the while, I’m sending emails to their customer service email, but it bounces. I find an email for something remotely related on their website. Any way, after 2 months, multiple emails, I was finally able *most* charges reversed. There are cheaper plans that won’t screw you. Stay away from them at all costs

App is just instructions, nothing more. Truphone plan did not load esim. Customer support email is a dead link. Money down the drain.

Tried to purchase a plan for a Apple Watch. Had issues activating. The phone rep told me they couldn’t help, to email in a form and someone would eventually get back to me. Still waiting, what a joke
