I downloaded this app and started the process of paying for a data sim, I did not receive any email nor could I log into the app but surprise, surprise the moneys were deducted off my account

Auto renew auto on

This app is far more expensive than purchasing a sim in the country in some places more than double. It also switches on auto renew with each new purchase(I had switched it off on precious purchase) even with the sim switched off and not in use, the auto renew automatically debited my credit card which I don’t think is fair as the sim is not even in use. However, there is no one to speak too so I’m discontinuing and will find a better and more ethical provider.

Disappointing

Customer service is non-existent when you have an issue. Worked well in the UK but not Italy. Automated responses from their email with no follow-up. Very disappointing
