Oh yeah, I had forgotten
This app is pushy, and that’s what I need. I am sure, if my watch didn’t vibrate every hour and remind me to drink, I would not drink enough. I have added the app as a part of my watch face so it is so easy to access and add each drink.

Hate the ghastly Casino ads that burst in with oud music when trying to apply app. Would not invest further.
