Πραγματικά αυτή η εφαρμογή μπορεί να σε βοηθήσει να αυξήσεις το ποσοστό νερού που πίνεις καθημερινά ανάλογα με το βάρος και την ηλικία σου. Επίσης σε ειδοποιεί σταδιακά την ημέρα και σου υπενθυμίζει να πιεις νερό. Ειδικά άμα έχεις Apple Watch όπου λειτουργεί άριστα, είναι πραγματικά “must have”. Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους δεν πίνουν αρκετό νερό καθημερινά και μη. Really this application can help you increase the percentage of water you drink daily depending on your weight and age. It also gradually alerts you during the day and reminds you to drink water. Especially if you have an Apple Watch where it works perfectly, it is a real "must have". I highly recommend it to those who do not drink enough water daily and not.

Although I have bought the full app a couple years ago, I find it annoying that it has not been updated in 10 months. At least support the new display size of the iPhone X. It’s not that hard to use auto-layout. I’ll rate better when we get an update. Sorry.
