This app keeps me on track for hydration
I used to go through days too busy to stop and hydrate to the point where I would get dizzy and feel sick and get headaches. My blood pressure would drop. I had to stop and drink a litre and lie down for at least 30 minutes to recover. This app makes me aware of how much I am hydrating. No more dizziness or blood pressure drops in the last few months. I love the app itโs so quick and easy to use.
