This keeps me in check - every time I see a reminder I feel so guilty for not looking after my water intake that I eventually walk to the fridge and get water. I am the worst water drinker in the world…..I am much better now but got a way to go - my average water intake has improved thanks to this app.🙏🏼🙏🏼
