Providing expected delivery time is a lie! Why we need it to be delivered on our doorstep again? Because I am sick but instead of feeling better It made me angry and furious imagine aster pharmacy is just down on my building so I was expecting atleast 2hrs but 4hrs was unacceptable. I called customer hotline no one pick up I was on the hold for 30mins? Better to remove delivery on your app if you can’t provide a better service.

First time I purchased online it turn out good, very fast delivery

I am in hurry to get the product that I need And when I paid and already deducted from my account. No information in the app if it was ordered. I got transaction number from the app and bank mssg for deduction. But the app the order is empty. Ghaaaad I don want to waste my money and this happen !!

I ordered milk in advance bec i know it will take time. They said they will deliver milk for my baby on 16 but tracking kot working and no update from them. Milk formula is essential. This is not make up or chocolate u can delay. But same day i rcvd mesage that it will take another 2-3 days. When i checked their app they are offering same day delivery with the same product. How come they cannot deliver my item if they offer same day delivery? I requested refund and until now no update.

I order online but why I didn't receive any message for them email or SMS nothing, I pay true my card and already credit and even order number I never received! So how I can find my order?

I ordered last Nov 28 and its says in the application it will be deliver the same day but it was deliver just now December 01 - 3days from the date of delivery. Also they will not deliver it if you will not call the customer service for 5 times a day just to remind that you have placed the order in their application. Also the delivery courier handed the my order to me at 12AM - then will ask me if I have change. How unprofessional and inconvenient is this!!! Also note this is my first time ordering here and I experience worst service than ever!!!

I placed an order for 90-minute delivery, but it didn’t happen. When I called, I was told I would receive my delivery by the end of the day, which also didn’t happen. Then I was promised it would arrive the next day by 9 AM, but now it’s 1:30 PM, and I’m still waiting. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately.
