Bad online services
Providing an estimate delivery of two day, but it has been two weeks (from 12/June and today is 26/June) and i never received anything till now! Customer care is not responding to my email.
Useless application and service
The bead experience, they deducting money and confirming your order than nothing received, after checking they will say sorry the product is out of stock and it will take 3 to 4 days for medication imagine, and if you ask for refund they will say that will be after 7 working days

Absolutely useless Application
I am an existing patient and for a booking an appointment, and I installed this app and I booked my appointment. Once reached the clinic, I realized that I again registered as a new visitor/patient. With this new registration, again I could have to get approval for the insurance and other processes same as a new visitor. I spent extra an hour because of this useless application.

VERY BAD APPLICATION
Application showing that your order is out for delivery,reality is the order even not picked up yet.A big health care group with a very worst application.
The delivery time is fake
I placed an order for 90-minute delivery, but it didn’t happen. When I called, I was told I would receive my delivery by the end of the day, which also didn’t happen. Then I was promised it would arrive the next day by 9 AM, but now it’s 1:30 PM, and I’m still waiting. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately.
