I was caught ill in Dubai . Downloaded this app and had a consultation with a doctor 15 mins later , the pharmacy delivered the medication to my hotel 1 hour after order . All for a reasonable price .Phenomenal service, I wish this firm operated in the UK .

Cannot even login.

I have ordered nicotine chewing from the app and paid the money after waiting for 3 hours , i have called them and they said they don’t have the item and it will deliver after 4 days, so i have asked them to can el it and refund my money back and they said it will take 10 days to refund. They are mis leading the customers and not listening to any complaint ,also lying by advertising that they will deliver items in 90 minutes. So i am going to delete the app and i wouldn’t advise anyone to use this app for orders also i will complain to apple about it.

With 1Aster, I can manage my appointments as well as track my medical reports in one place. I can also order my prescription from the app. Have not found a better medical app since using this

Application showing that your order is out for delivery,reality is the order even not picked up yet.A big health care group with a very worst application.

I placed an order for 90-minute delivery, but it didn’t happen. When I called, I was told I would receive my delivery by the end of the day, which also didn’t happen. Then I was promised it would arrive the next day by 9 AM, but now it’s 1:30 PM, and I’m still waiting. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately.

Very nice service

I will not recommend this app in terms of ordering in pharmacy as per the application we will receive the order by dec 27 at 10:57 am item is out of delivery as per application shown. We wait until 10 pm in the evening and no items is arrive we call their call center and said max 10 pm and still our item not in our hands we call again and other agent said max 12 midnight the delivery. Fyi aster pharmacy whoever make this your application please change them us customer we are relying in the info in the app and if you cant deliver in time better to remove your application for all the customers if you are in a hurry and need your medicine 1 week time use aster pharmacy but if its important dont use this app its horrible

I booked a GP at a clinic for my daughter through app and her personal information and her health insurance is registered in the application yet when we reached the clinic they said your health insurance doesn’t work here. Super disappointed.
