Great app for control

We were suddenly logd out of the app. I received a mail with the solution. Tried everything. I made an account and want to connect my existing registrated hub. But what I tried it is not working. Location is succefully registrated, but when I want to connect with the hub it does not have a location 🙄 and the app password is not working.

Nice lay-out, great potential….too bad the app loses connection regularly and/or freezes so that the data are not correct…eg Solar panels feed the net but do not generate power according to the app…or app does not show any data at all. Some days it works perfectly , otter days it does not. I love the Zappi but the app is not up to standard.

I have been using the Zappi app for a couple of years. In terms of functionality, it could be improved. It has limited data analytics and I’m unable to download data using the app. I have tried to understand the difference between eco and eco+ charging modes but have given up, just using eco when I want to use energy from my solar battery or panels. Quite often the app is non responsive, either not charging when I select the option on the app or not stopping charging when I select stop on the app, which is frustrating. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, to no avail.

This app really is a pile of poo. More times than not it says my Zappi is offline, so I reboot my router, rebooted the Zappi, check that the Zappi is connected to the internet (it is), check that the app is up to date (it is). App still saying the Zappi is Offline. What else can I do. I know, contact their support. Only email Is sales, so email them to explain the problem. I get a response saying they are closed until 2 Jan. It’s now 28 Dec. So not much use. I have to charge immediately instead. At a more expensive rate. This is not the first time the myenergi app has let me down. As I say, a complete pile of poo.

The Zappi is proving difficuly to program and use. Not at all intuitive.

Can't really see the point of this app. You can't change any settings for the Zappi, you have to go outside and make the changes on the Zappi screen.

The most non intuitive app I have ever seen. The overnight schedule could not be more over complicated

Can’t set up a basic app and zero help to try and resolve issues with setting up the Location. Octopus can’t set up my EV car tariff because this app doesn’t work.

Really disappointed with the charging performance. Setting is changing automatically without any manual changes
