Functions on the Zappi

Curtz42 on

Ireland

It would be better if the zappi could be programmed to start and stop at particular times of day or stop at 80% full battery.

Could be more reliable

Continuos issues with performance. Drop in service for no particular reason

Very annoying app. You can’t rely on the information it displays. Often have to reboot. For the past few days we’ve had to go the the Zappi to start and stop charging the car as the app would not respond.

A great app and guide.

Easy to understand App that works

KilloughterAlan on

Ireland

I have been using this app now for a few weeks since the installation of my PVC solar system. It’s brilliant as it’s easy to understand with the icons and not over complicated with information. Clicking on each icon gives you the right amount of info need eg imported energy/exported energy and energy used. It also gives you an understanding of what energy appliances use as you can see this in real time as your energy usage jumps when you put the kettle on for example. Great app highly recommend it.

Can no longer set charging settings

Tоm on

Ireland

There are no longer any options to set charging options for Zappi. It now only shows charging history.

Inconsistent performance

Serum_hyb on

Ireland

When it is working, it is a excellent product. When out of sync, very hard to get back. If the app could be tuned to be more consistent across, it will be a great product

Device keeps going off line!

Customer service poor, waiting over a week for any reply . Device just keeps logging off & have to turn device off to reset???
