I am unable to access to my email it has been almost 3 months it asks for my phone number verification however when I put my number it says “ too many request try again later “ same thing for my other account also no code. Please fix the issues. I am not able to access to my accounts and email

It is time to give up and delete. Used and loved this app for years. Then it suddenly didn’t work because my email service is not supported. What type of email program does not support email??? Now there are reviews of highly questionable privacy policies that are major red flags. It is time to give up hope the app developers will ever come to their senses.

It is a good app. Far better than the iOS mail app after 18.2 update. However, the sent e_mail does not seem to be sent because I don’t see it in my SENT box. It has been giving me problems in taphat context.

Until I get some answers from their privacy office, I'm not going to set this app up. I looked at the privacy policy and have since come back and looked here in this App Store at the list of things shared with third parties. There was a paragraph talking about categorizing people's political opinions. "Please note, if you do not want us to process sensitive and special categories of data about you (including data relating to your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, and your sexual orientation) you should take care not to post this information or share this data when using the Services. Once you have provided this data it will be accessible by other Service users and it becomes difficult for us to remove this data." What is this thing talking about? It's really confusing what they say they're collecting from third parties as well. You can't tell if it's talking about just the information you're trying to send and receive an email or something else. I care a lot about my promising and I would rather pay for the app if there was an option then have my personal data sold that's how they make money. I haven't noticed a way to pay for it. I may change this rating if I ever understand what this is about.
