It doesn’t even login after adding credentials. Keeps giving error and doesn’t even explain why

One This app not show time of call and messages. Two This app not show received message and call. Three Please add this options on the app اول این اپلیکیشن وقت تماس و مسج را نشان نمیدهد که در کدام وقت مسج را ارسال کردید و تماس در کدام وقت گرفتید دوم این اپلیکیشن مسج های که برایت ارسال میشود و تماس های که برایت میآید را نشان نمیدهد سوم لطفا این گزینه ها را درج این برنامه نماید

Ever since i download this app it just refuses to open

It can’t even load on my iPad instead it says can’t connect to the server

Good UI, but the service on the app is bad. It logs me out unexpectedly, plus I can’t perform any momo transaction on the app. It always says “not connected to the internet” even when I am. I can’t even check my balance. This has been going on for more than 6 months. Please fix this issue and pay more attention to how the app works and not just the UI.

Please take down all the apps they’re not working so that at least we’ll know that there are no apps for the network

What an app! How lame is it that an mtn app cannot work when there’s no data? Imo, this app should function well even when there’s no data on an mtn powered phone. Then, even when you have active subscription, the app fails to open. It will keep you on the landing page till you return from your long distance journey. Thirdly, the balance shown on the app always contradict the one shown when you use USSD to view your balance. On the app, it’s more. Disappointed.
