I have requested an OTP code like 20 times and i am not receiving it. I get the code sometimes after like 15 mins but by the time i enter it into the app, its already expired.

This app does not seem to be working because you can’t do anything with it. One should be able to buy data through the app. I suggest that that you should improve it so that one could use to solve simple issues.

This app is annoying, it does not open more often. I find it not very user-friendly

Keeps saying new update available, but coming here, there’s no option to update, just says ‘open’.

Very easy to navigate

The App requires you to generate an OTP every time you sign in. You have to wait online to be able to log a complaint via the chat section under support and you still get logged out of the app even before your turn. The recharge history only dates back 7days Max! The data bundles purchased thru the app are completely separated from previous bundle so you keep getting confusing sms alerts demanding a recharge All in all, I have found this app both disappointing and frustrating to use I’m certainly going to delete it soon. What a let down!!

New pop up requiring Acceptance if Privacy Statement , On accepting Privacy Statement - the Acceptance POP Up continues to render and does not proceed past this point - Result is access to the app is not achievable rendering the app useless, unable to perform any basic functions This is something new as used app for last 4 months until now Handset is iPhone 8

The app is awesome you can track your usage, buy and share data with loved ones. It’s not perfect but it does take away the stress of using codes every time you want to top up your account

It takes about half an hour to actually get this app to open. It keeps telling me that it detects an attempt to access the app from my phone number - obviously. But declares it fraudulent so won't move forward. When I eventually get an OTP it won't accept it. Very very frustrating

Difficult to get anything done with the updated app. Will uninstall straight up...
