Terribly slow app performance and FXP redirect barely working
The supposedly new app is now showing its age by aging so badly. Performance is so sluggish and slow. Had to wait for it to keep loading, close then reopen and load load load with each click again.
FPX-redirect is even worse. I had to attempt more than 10 times, repeat repeat repeat until it works (kept saying resource not found) or when the Secure popup in browser appeared, it doesn’t want to track and sync with the app itself.
Public Bank is the worst when it comes to tech spending (fact from published news) so we the customers are suffering everyday. Maybe THP thought all the savings he could gain from refusing to spend on tech over the years could be then enjoyed endlessly in heaven.

Aeon Credit Service Payment
I cant do my payment that related to Aeon Credit. Can developers update this feature soon? Since i can pay it on the old pb engage app
iPhone 15 app not working
Been down for three days. Seems to be stuck at face id authentication.
Trouble making payment at 3rd party webs
No notification pop up, even though it’s enabled. So had to launch the app, then payment pending for too long, had to cancel few times. No problems like this with other banking apps.
Not user friendly
When the line is low at 2 to 3 bar for sure you unable to access the apps.
Poor app
Always connection timeout or server unavailable whenever i want to transfer money or pay my loan. Have to try to transfer multiple time until the transaction is successful. Very frustrating.
Better app But….
But unable to add or withdraw fixed deposit like in the old app.
