Won’t load my previous rides

App stopped working correctly. Have sent multiple messages to Yamaha regarding the issue and never get a response. I tracked some awesome rides and I want them back.

Where is Canada

Canada doesn’t exist in this thing. Even locating a dealer doesn’t list Canada as an option. Guess we don’t matter.

Constant issues

Never keeps me logged in. Crashes all the time. Won’t save ride. Won’t load rides. Search feature doesn’t work. And now the newest issue is the app won’t even load. Never had this many issues with any app

Great App!

This is a great app for recording your rides. I especially like the convert to gpx feature. Right away I had a problem, where’s my bike?!? I have a Yamaha Star Venture. It isn’t on the list under Yamaha. I had to choose the Yamaha Royal Star Venture. The Royal Star is the older version if the trans continental. The Star Venture is the newer model 2018+. It would be great if you can add my bike to the list, especially since it is a Yamaha. Thanks to everyone involved with the app!

Lacking some features

Not a very stable app. Can’t easily switch which bike you are going out on without going into the profile and switching the default bike.

No Canadian option?

When it asks me to give my information there is no option for Canada.

Amazing app, but...

Unstable, about 50% of my ride without record. Because the app just flew from memory

STOP SIGNING ME OUT

It’s very frustrating to start the app and tell it to start a ride, put the phone away only to find out at your destination that it signed me out. There is no reason at all to sign me out of the app every 2 days. If for some reason you are compelled to, have the sign in come up FIRST THING so you know that you aren’t signed in anymore.

Love this app just can create an account because I’m from Canada?? Can this be fix please. If so I’ll give it 5 stars. For now only 3

Love the app

Wish it was a little more stable. Has logged me out while tracking a ride. Pain to log back in at the side of the road.
