This app just doesn’t work , you might get 2-3 days out of the app before you get a black screen , after that you can uninstall, reinstall and every other fix , all to no avail. Using I phone with latest updates. Looking at the web it seems I am not the only person with this issue
Since update all I get is a black screen. Does not load. Does not connect to my Tech Max. Poor!!
Worked for a day and then just turns black when I launch. Tried reinstalling but does the same thing after I press start to log in
So I was told when purchasing my new 2023 yzf125 that this app would be used to connect my bike to my phone however I cannot find this option in the app could you please help? Thank you
This app is brilliant for tracking your ride, finding new routes and calculating your speeds and ride angles. Unfortunately it seems very unreliable. It often crashes when you try to look at your past rides, or doesn’t save the ride, and once it crashes, you have delete it and reinstall it for it to work again. I have tried all the normal bug fixes, but they don’t work. If the bugs were worked out, it would be amazing. Overall, it’s a brilliant app but very frustrating.
Used to work fine but stopped saving rides and all I now get is a blank screen. Yamaha, there are many negative reviews so please sort.
Keep getting a black screen 😡crashing 🤔
I was looking forward to using this app as the read up on it sounds perfect for me 👍🏻 Unfortunately the first time I went to use it when setting off on a ride all I got was a blank screen 🤦♂️ when o stopped halfway through my ride o tried again hey presto it let me start my ride 👌🏻 Then when I got home I selected finish and save which it then displayed a map and the information I was requiring 👍🏻 great I thought get the bike put away and my gear off then sit down with a cuppa and review the information and from there on in what a nightmare no info found then loading but ended with loading error and I’m still unable to view that ride which is so disappointing as I’ve wasted about an hour of my day trying to load this up. Save yourself the bother and just don’t download this app as you will end up as dispirited as myself. What an absolute let down Needless to say as soon as I press send on this review I will delete this app. 😭
When it works it’s good. But this app so fricking buggy man. They need to fix it asap. Been the same since I downloaded it in September. PLEASE FOX IT!!!!
The app was working fine until today, black screen. Delete and reinstall and nothing. Even my Xmax can’t connect. I can’t receive calls, check messages or anything. Seems like the Garmin app can connect with Xmax but “MyRide” is dead. I have paid for a motorbike with a useless screen and services.
