Difficult to register if you haven’t a Malaysian contact, wrong details automatically entered and it took 2 days for to change it. Do some research and develop a better app that works for foreigners. English text guide needs drastic improvement.

Useless govt forcing the mass to download an app thinking it’s useful. Ugly UI, terrible UX, who’s being employed to make these useless things? Most importantly, WHY AM I FORCED TO DOWNLOAD THIS SO I COULD TRAVEL BACK TO SEE THE FAM????

Can’t login, can’t amend, faceless and voiceless support yet mandatory.

This app needs immediate review …

Difficult to download outside of Malaysia. Never received email or text confirmation of registration. Had to revert to manual hard copy checks of vac status on arrival in KL from Australia

1. Login took too long 2. Unable to verify my details as a foreigner and enable COVID19 trace 3. Unable to complete pre-departure check I have been at it trying to update my details for hours with no success. Given that this country mandates the travel declaration and use of correct personal details prior to entry, there must be updates to be more user friendly for foreign travellers.

Not an user friendly app at all.

What an absolute nightmare. Uploading of vaccination certificate and PCR result takes literal days and my son was denied boarding to visit his unwell grandmother in Penang as a result. Even though he had the hard copy of both in his hand. Not intuitive to use at all and no ability to fix incorrect data that the app magically entered. Absolute shameful app development. When I messaged about this the auto response was we’ve had a million emails regarding these matters this week and we hope to get back to you within 5-7 days. That says it all. A million!!! A complete farce. Would give negative stars if it were possible.

It’s the worst app I ever seen. Not user friendly. I tried at least 20x to fill in my details but still unsuccessful. It’s a broken app. Info incomplete!!!!!!!

Submitted my overseas vaxed certificate a week ago and still nothing happen… when can I travel to Malaysia in peace? When likely to be update my vaccinated….
