after few weeks using the apps, my iphone cannot found the mytrip option in the apps

the app is very good but if you can add other than covid-19 like hep vaccines, influenza. Don’t make the app solely about covid because there’s actually a platform for Malaysia’s healthcare industry. Make the app a longterm usage rather than only for covid. please do consider this update as its easy for old citizen to even use this

I've been trying to book appointments for months n waiting for improvement so that i can finally do but still none. I hope gov stop paying rakyat money for this ridiculous app

Keep fetching the Passport ID but it never go through. Had been try 10 times still cannot use it. Better update the system before asking travelers scan the passport

With the new “MyTrip” feature added I would suggest to make it supportable for smart watches especially for bikes crossing borders . Generating qr from smart watch would be such a great feature . I hope it’s taken into consideration

Error in capture passport

Ask to use this app to book appointment but Cannot select date whatsoever?? Stuck on the 1 date and it says no appointments available. Memang la, its the middle of the night??? Let me see other dates la. So useless this app for real

It’s taking forever to reload the page. Please fix it. I’ve booked an appointment but it doesn’t appear on the page. How am I supposed to show them on?

It says to refer to symptoms below and choose yes or no. But there were no symptoms listed

Again and again and again MySJ shows clinics with available dates But after choosing the clinics, unable to click on calendar to view available dates Happened more than twice already
