The registration process forces you to give an address in malaysia then you are automatically considered malaysian and cannot change to non malaysian in personal info (ic instead of passport etc. ) really frustrating. Or if there is a way to register as foreigner please state clearly.

When answering « yes » to question 3 for being in EMCO area, you become PUS even without being near any cluster. And then, it cannot be amended for 14 days. Already sent an email via help desk, no answer.

Thank you very much for this App which allows at individual level to contribute to control the pandemic in Malaysia! No result would be possible with no sharing of movement information.

after few weeks using the apps, my iphone cannot found the mytrip option in the apps

the app is very good but if you can add other than covid-19 like hep vaccines, influenza. Don’t make the app solely about covid because there’s actually a platform for Malaysia’s healthcare industry. Make the app a longterm usage rather than only for covid. please do consider this update as its easy for old citizen to even use this

I've been trying to book appointments for months n waiting for improvement so that i can finally do but still none. I hope gov stop paying rakyat money for this ridiculous app

Keep fetching the Passport ID but it never go through. Had been try 10 times still cannot use it. Better update the system before asking travelers scan the passport

With the new “MyTrip” feature added I would suggest to make it supportable for smart watches especially for bikes crossing borders . Generating qr from smart watch would be such a great feature . I hope it’s taken into consideration
