I’m going home to Malaysia for a few weeks. Are you still exist? I am not receiving any email from you for activating this app .

Takes forever to validate account

Can’t log in, who knows if I’ll be able to travel?

Horrible App where did all the money go they can’t even make a proper app

This app is terrible, error messages left right and centre I can’t get anything done at all. A government supplied app should not be of such poor quality.

Frustrating registration

I’m not based in Malaysia, so how am I going to provide a Malaysian address? Better yet, the sign up process is blocking so I’m sat here waiting. There’s got to be a better way to do this!

Terrible

Cannot change nationality, I receive an error. Unclear the correct way to upload vaccine certificate - the guidance on this tells a different way to apparently how it is meant to happen. Confusing lay out.

Worst app

I cannot believe how bad this app is. All my information has disappeared on the eve of my travel. All I get is messaging from them to put my correct ID. I have!

Upload ‘Fit to Fly’ PCR Results

Under the Traveller icon for return to Malaysia: I answer the questions. It asks me if I’m sure that my responses are accurate. I press ‘Submit’. ‘Submit’ icon fades for a few seconds, then returns. It is unclear whether anything has happened. There is no confirmation. Most importantly: I see no means to upload my pre-travel PCR results. Am I doing something wrong?

Unable to Register cause it’s asking for address in Malaysia

Hello, I am booked to transit in Kuala Lumpur on 10th May with Malaysia Airlines for only a couple of hours to further travel to the Philippines. Do I need to register on your app because it is asking for an address in Malaysia? I am residing in the United Kingdom.

No customer service

I have submitted my vaccination details five times over several weeks but my details are never updated. The app tells me I live in Malaysia when I do not, I just visit, and there is no way to change the information. Written to customer support, but again nothing gets rectified.
