Item ordered 26th sep … got an email on 27th sep stating it’s been shipped … DHL tracking shows just label created … means it’s not been shipped at all … it’s been 10 days now Never again shopping from CETTIRE

Customer service is SHOCKING
I was extremely worried about my order from Cettire, as I read all negative feedback after I have made an order. I purchased $1400 Bally bag (both duty and tax are inclusive) from Cettire, and it took a week to actually dispatch the product from Milan Italy, and took another week to get delivered to my Sydney address. The courier was DHL. The bag was arrived in perfect condition, no defects found, never been used nor seem to be the returned product and is genuine product from Bally. Even though 2 weeks has been taken to be delivered since I initiated an order, I finally satisfied with my purchase. However, the customer service was extremely bad as they just replied one of my emails (among 3 enquiry emails) after 5 days of email sent. So, when you order from them, never expect a good customer service.

Once u make purchase there will be a no information a u cant reach them there no phone number doesn't reply to emails spent 300 I have no information about my order i purchased as guest i didn't receive any email
I order all my fashion online and CETTIRE would have to be the slowest ever to deliver goods once paid
The service and after-sales service of this online shopping are really like rubbish. I successfully paid for an order, but the status has always been unsuccessful. I contacted the bank and they said that the money has been successfully transferred. I tried to contact the customer service of this platform, but it didn’t work. They have no customer service at all and can only let me keep submitting questions without any feedback. When I returned to the website 4 days later, they even updated the products and layout, but no one processed the order I encountered. question!
