I like the app, everything works the way it should. But returns are absolutely crazy. You pay 4€ basic return fee PLUS 1€ for every single item you return (3 items are “free aka the basic 4€, after every item adds 1€). So I am paying 10€ fees for a small package. It would be much cheaper to just send it back myself which is not possible of course cause you have to register your return. That’s absolutely crazy.
Just wish it had an Apple Pay option - I nearly couldn’t purchase until I found my card again
Improve filter search by allowing: 1. Select sleeves length 2. Select garment lengths like mini/maxi/midi… 3. Select material types So pretty much these will improve shopping experience!

Meiner Meinung nach wäre es besser, wenn es mehrere Zahlungsarten gäbe z.B. Paypal (sehr vertrauenswürdig und sicherer als Klarna)
Bin weit weg umgezogen und extra dann die Adresse in der auf neue geändert. Habe über Klarna bezahlt, und das erste Mal ist das passiert, dass die Bestellung auf alte Adresse aufgegeben wurde, da diese in Klarna war. (Bei anderen Online-Shops ist das nie passiert, nur bei diesem) Und ich kann meine Bestellung weder stornieren noch die Adresse ändern. Ich will bei denen prinzipiell nichts mehr wieder bestellen. Lösche die App.
Warum ist die App nicht für das iPad optimiert? Sie wird so angezeigt, als wäre man auf einem Handy. Könntet ihr bitte ein Update machen, damit man die App sowohl im Quer- als auch im Hochformat auf dem iPad nutzen kann?

Weder in der App, noch auf der Website kann man noch mit PayPal zahlen. Somit ist es mir nicht möglich zu bestellen, außer ich bestelle mit Klarna…
