Mistakes again and again, support not responsive
If I rent a car at Neuremberg the confirmation shows to pick the car up in Europcar, 43 Al Quds St, Dubai, Dubai, AE. Rental in Munich results in picking it up in Spain. It happens over and over again. Customer support tells me that this is the first time and I should call back during the office hours in the US…. Besides this many error messages when opening a link. And also functionality and menu’s missing that are explained in the faq however not available in app nor browser.
