Absolutely insane app. What could be very simple - almost trivial in fact - becomes crazy because of malicious automation called ‘concierge’ that moves your expenses, changes your reports and just keeps doing the wrong thing all the time. Support reacts with something like ‘ah yes that doesn’t sound great, but it’s because you’re doing it wrong! What are you thinking; adding expenses when it’s convenient for you; that’s not the Expensify philosophy’

Not able to add multiple attachments per expense. Therefore not useful at all. Example, 1 attachment is the receipt, 2nd attachment is the proof of bank transfer showing the currency exchange.

The website and app are excruciatingly slow and unreliable these days. A shame though, it used to work pretty well. On the lookout for something else

I never hated any app or software that much. It is made to annoy you from icon choices to logic. It doesn’t simplify anything but adds so much burden with its terrible engineering.

The app asks for feedback (NPS) on how much we would recommend to a friend and then asks for feedback. The Concierge then confirms that the requested fixes/updates are not planned and that your feedback goes straight to the garbage bin. When I asked to opt-out of further feedback notifications, then I received a copy-paste reply that literally is an automated reply

No European bank integration, doesn’t Remco go ze European vendors, doesn’t recognize euro currency so constant seemingly conflicts between receipts and expense. Expenses that are submitted don’t show in inbox nor expense overview.

Total crap app. Misleading communication, infuriating my staff who think their expense is submitted (as the app says) but it was not! Don’t be fooled into this trickery.

Havent used this app in a while ( no business travel = no business travel expenses ) tried to manage subscriptions from the app menu but that took me to a dead link
