these are chinese scammers, operating from India.. they dont have their proper identity. I don’t recommend you. You can use Sadapay instead of NayaPay. Easypesa/Sadapay is much better than this one worst app..

These guys are a ripoff

I already had a card from nayapay. I was out of country for the few days. My netflix was trying to charge the payment on to my account which was empty at the moment. They blocked the card after 7 transactions. The problem is they put a button down there to pay the blocked charges. Which i did. After paying the card was still blocked. I called the helpline to ask about the trouble. Because i already have a physical card with me. Now they want to me order another card. Its not about the money. The problem is the more plastic you use in printing it is more carbon in the air. I would like to bring this to attention to everyone and the UN that these guys are not only doing fraudulent activities. But also making sure that they pollute the planet too at the same time.

Details not approving

I have created an account on nayapay app and it is the third time, my details are not approving and i an trying the company help line and they are not responding me, every time they say that its an server etc. I request to the app management and The owner to take an action and approve my details and account so i can use it

Login trouble due to Issue of Internet Connection by Nayapay

I was using Nayapay on my Infinix Note 7 and now I am trying to open Nayapay on iPhone 7+ Non PTA and constantly I’m getting errors that I don’t have a network connection even thou I had tried this with data package hotspot and over wifi too. Kindly resolve this issue as I have to receive and transfer payments and Nayapay is quite helpful for me in my business. Solve the issue.
