Poor app, poor response obtained from the helpline, my account has been block for almost 2 months now my money is stuck i have been calling their helpline number they literally said your account is not blocked when i told them that it is they said they are going to transfer my call but they never did. Very very disappointed

Helpline Issue
Overall the app is pretty good but I can never reach your helpline. Whenever I try to contact easypaisas helpline, It say the user is busy… Fix that plzz
Poor helpline
Trying to contact helpline from one week but I am unable to connect with them and my balance shuts to zero by once a call.🙁
Worst customer care
I had to deal with a issue regarding some scammers pretending to be easypaisa representatives, and when I wanted to contact easypaisa to have them take action over this, their website won’t load after I wrote a long complaint which didn’t even go through and now I can’t access their websites from anywhere, I can’t call them because their stupid automated service won’t go ahead after I choose what option I want to proceed with and the rest of their numbers don’t even have that. Insanely pathetic how lousy they are with these things I would never ever recommend anyone to trust easypaisa or rely on them for anything. Lost a customer for good!
