NBC News: Breaking & US News

Ever since the May 18 update, the app won't even open on my iPhone 5 with iOS 6, but crashes every time instead.

It's very cringy listening to her attempt to complete sentences. There are better talents at the network. Move them up!

You used to be so valuable but now you want me to pay for all information. I know you need to make business, but it’s a shame that Business news used to be free.

The number of commercials on this app, are abusive. I’m going to have to start getting my news from Facebook and YouTube again.

We have this loaded via Apple TV. We cannot watch Nightly News for today. We cannot watch via Peacock or Apple TV either. Is there a tutorial for how to stream it live or at least watch day of?

For the many years I have used this app it has been for the most part nothing but exceptional, until now. Currently, and for at least the last couple weeks or so, the Latest News section under Discover does not update the recent news stories as it should when they are released. It does end up updating the list but over a much longer period of time. Currently I’m waiting for new articles to populate but the most recent one in the section is from 4 hours ago and I know from visiting the website multiple articles have been pushed in that 4 hour period. I will note that before clicking on Latest Stories, the section underneath the header displaying the most recent article is always up to date with the most recent article, however that does not help with the others that are hiding behind that. I’ve waited to review to see if issue would resolve soon but frustration finally has overcome. Please fix soon! Also I have deleted and reinstalled app but to no avail it is the same. I do have other ways to access said articles outside the app but I eagerly wait the convenience to not have to do so.

About every other day when I open the app to watch the NBC Nightly News it shows “Loading NBC News” and never loads or shows anything other than a blank blue screen. Why can’t you publish a working app? I have ZERO issues with any other Apple TV app. It is 2024! Can you not find a qualified developer anywhere????

I use this as a new program that I can have on in the background. However I can’t use the app on my Apple TV. The app opens and it stays loading then goes blank. I have to watch its livestream on the unreliable Pluto TV app. Don’t get the app.
