Not been Abel to login in ever since there new update better off at discovery bank at least there app works

It was working wonderfully all this years in my IPhone X now suddenly i am facing problems from last week or soo... when ever i am trying to login its appears no Internet please try again this morning i have to load it in iPhone 8 and it's working without problem but in my iPhone X 😢😭

Can’t copy banking details

I can’t believe there is no way to copy my banking details or share them to other apps like WhatsApp . This is mind blowing to me.

Cannot verify phone number

I complete everything until phone verification. I have been trying to do this since July 2021 it is now January. I believe there is a new banking app called remote banking application. I cannot seem to find. It in the App Store as mention by one of your consultants via email I’m out of the country my airtime is good but still can’t verify. Message keeps failing. Is there not another way. I feel like I’m even wasting my time when you don’t respond!

App will on open

I have been using the app for the last year on my iPhone not a problem now 2 days ago I can ope the app at all. I press on it and it just shuts down. I went to Cornubia Bank and the staff look at me like I am stupid but no one even tried to help fix it. I have tried download a new app same problem. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 If I could give a -100 I would. So disappointed in the app

Doesn’t work

After going through a ridiculous amount of questions face scanning etc. it says it cannot proceed and is aware of the problem. Not worth the effort seriously annoying

Can’t open app

The app flashes open for a second and then shuts off.

Can’t open my bank app

After I downloaded my app this afternoon on my iPhone I then opened it and I see all kinds of options and I click on Creting account after it stops and suddenly I can’t even see any options anymore up to now

Use alternative ways to send the confirmation text

I find it annoying that I can only get the activation pin via text, why can’t we use an email address as well? I am outside the country I don’t have a SA number. Other banks easily migrate their apps when updating to a new phone but this is a nightmare, first they send you to a branch to activate it then you have a fixed way to activate it to a new device, goodness me what an inconvenience!!

Remote code

Capitec is really useless, they don’t care about our time, and what about those who are outside the Country?? Or is Capitec meant for security officers only??
