You can choose from 3 accounts:
• neon free: the everyday account with zero base fees
• neon green: The everyday account with an impact on the future
• neon metal: the unique account with exclusive insurance packages
Are you ready for neon? Your part of the account opening in less than 10 minutes simply via smartphone, completely paperless. Download the app, enter your personal info and have your ID ready for the identification (photo-ID/video call). Afterwards, we need 2-3 working days to check and activate your account. Then you are ready to go. You will receive your card by snail mail within 7 working days.
Once you’ve opened your account, you will directly benefit from various neon features. Everyday account functions such as domestic and international transfers are waiting for you, you can upload and scan your QR bills, divide your money with our Spaces, invest in the most traded Swiss and international shares as well as ETFs, set up eBills and much more. All this at the best conditions – without hidden fees. And we’re always adding new features.
It's obvious, but we'll point it out anyway: your money is safe. You decide how you want to log in: with a personal login code, fingerprint or Face ID. Only you can authorize payments from your activated device, with a separate transaction PIN. And because your account is held at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, it's protected by Swiss deposit insurance up to 100’000 CHF. Just like any other Swiss bank. Your data remains in Switzerland.
All you need to open a neon account is a permanent Swiss residence, exclusive tax liability in Switzerland as well as a Swiss passport/ID or a residence permit B or C for non-Swiss citizens (we can already evaluate passports of over 70 countries). Also zu allererst gilt es zu wissen, dass Neon wirklich ein gutes Basis Konto-Produkt zu fairen & guten Konditionen am CH-Markt anbietet. Was einfach stört, sind die in den letzten Monaten sich häufenden Verbindungsprobleme zum Server. Dies muss Neon für Ihre Kunden und Investoren schnellstmöglich in den Griff bekommen. Danach verdient sich die Bank wieder ****!

Sehr easy und intuitiv

Ich habe nach einem gratis Konto gesucht. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit Neon. Die App funktioniert unheimlich unkompliziert und schnell. Einmal verwendete Überweisungskontakte werden gleich gespeichert, finde ist sehr praktisch. Überweisungen ins Ausland sind sehr günstig. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Twint wäre noch cool.

Ich habe mir Neon gemacht um im Ausland zahlen zu können und es funktioniert super. Man bekommt immer den richtigen Wechselkurs und die Handhabung ist sehr simpel
