Are you ready for neon? Your part of the account opening takes less than 10 minutes and is easily done via smartphone, completely paperless. Download the app, enter your personal info, and have your ID ready for the identification (photo-ID/video call). Afterwards, we need 2-3 working days to check and activate your account. Then you are ready to go. You will receive your card by snail mail within 7 working days.
Once you've opened your account, you will directly benefit from various neon features. Everyday account functions such as domestic and international transfers are waiting for you, you can upload and scan your QR bills, divide your money with the neon Spaces, invest in the most traded Swiss and international shares as well as ETFs, set up eBills, and much more. All this at the best conditions – without hidden fees. And we're always adding new features.
It's obvious, but we'll point it out anyway: your money is safe with us. You decide how you want to log in: with a personal login code, a fingerprint, or Face ID. Only you can authorise payments from your activated device, with a separate transaction PIN. And because your account is held at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, it's protected by the Swiss deposit insurance for up to 100'000 CHF. Just like with any other Swiss bank. And your data remains in Switzerland.
All you need to open a neon account is a permanent Swiss residence, exclusive tax liability in Switzerland, as well as a Swiss passport/ID or a residence permit B or C for non-Swiss citizens (we can already evaluate passports of over 70 countries).
