I have ordered a bag and canceled it the same minute due to bank exchange rates. They shipped it anyways and asked me to refuse delivery and it will be returned and refunded accordingly. Here I am a month later going back and forth between them and the courier, I didn’t get the bag and I didn’t get the refund!!
I’ve been shopping on Net a Porter for years and have never been disappointed once. Great customer care during and after sale and that’s always a deal breaker for me.
Good app but u need to add look by outfit
I downloaded the app to apply the 10% off first time purchase. It said it wasn’t valid with my purchase. My purchase was not on sale and was full price.
