Bad new design…
I don’t like the new way the items are shown where you see the model wearing an item in search results instead of the item itself. It’s hard to understand what item is shown: a piece of clothing, a bag, shoes or an accessory. You have to slow down and read the description to understand what you are looking at. Quite annoying…
What happened?
Used to be a very good up consistently updated with the newest fashion. However, since the latest update the app has been lagging and throws you back to the homepage when looking at products. Usually I don’t mind this too much but it has reached a point where it happens so frequently that I find the app unbearable. Recommend farfetch instead.

App is great in itself, easy to understand and very accessible, only hard on the eyes for those late night or early morning shops. Small feature that many would love implemented? 9/10 otherwise

I would love if you had the back in stock option on the app as well!
Installer banner is stuck
Can't get rid of the installer banner. It covers every new web page that I open. The cross doesn't function. It doesn't matter if I open the app or uninstall the app. The installer banner kelps covering every single web page and I can't use the navigation bar on those web pages. I'm really fed up!!!
