Still my go-to shop! Love the collections and my personal shopper! Shipping is fast..

While it’s super easy/convenient to browse through the app - I specifically enjoy the feature where you can move items to your Wishlist - I had a bit of trouble with the Address fields. The address fields - Billing and Shipping address - were a bit confusing, so I accidentally switched the addresses in my order. Currently fixing this with the Net-A-Porter team and I hope we can resolve this ASAP. I suggest for the address fields to be separate. Other than this, can’t think of any improvement on the app at the moment. On another note, perhaps the team can consider providing discount code for first-time purchase of new customers 🙂 Thank you!

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes last Dec 31. They arrived in the Philippines last January 2. That’s the fastest ever for out of the country shipping.

The user face in the sale section makes it hard to filter such as shoes/boots/high-heel/white etc

Hi. This should be a 5 star rating. I love the new look of the APP. Except that when you stroll at items, even if you are already like half way through the selection it goes back all the way from the beginning of the selection. Maybe the keys are just so touch sensitive.

I am a plus size woman and it’s been hard shopping for clothes on your site.

First and foremost i love ahopping online, so when i first order from them i love the packaging when i received my items and also no tax/surprise taxes, so thats a big plus. Also theres some products thats not being sold in my country and yet they have it... Love it Thank you

I hope in the app you can see swipe the photo from the main menu to see the model wearing it instead of having to click the photo and then swipe to see the model. Thanks!
