Firstly my son was just able to delete it first day. When installed the second time, it just suddenly counted that he has been online 7.5 hours at 7am! (although time limit was set to 3 hours )and disabled internet and I was unable to set it back on so he can submit his homework, nothing worked, not override not from my device, so I went and just deleted the app myself. How can something so bad be allowed to be on apps store.

£50. Which I can’t get refunded. Controls are limited. Didn’t stop the child deleting the app. UX is poor Don’t use this

Purchased the family package to protect a new mobile for my son. The install was very hard work and ultimately the service would not stay resident in memory so the phone was unprotected. After constantly restarting the service and having to force a sync with the server the blocks put in place failed to work. Blocked the Facebook website but still accessible. Chewed through the battery too. After 2 hours trying to make this work I requested a refund. Thoroughly disappointed to be honest and a waste of 2 hours. The uninstall was also a real pain and took another 20 minutes.

Really easy to set up and info is so powerful already

I’ve had this app for a few months now and it has slowed my child’s phone down significantly. It is gotten so bad that I’ve had to buy my child’s a new phone. If your a parent SAVE YOUR CHILDS PHONE AND YOUR MONEY!!!

I am software developer. I wasted alot time to make this app work. But eventually it doesnt. Kids still can use their ipads and no restrictions applied.

We spent £75 With Net Nanny for their top package to protect the kids. So far we only have 2 iPhones linked to the parent control and it keeps telling me it’s not seen their phones phones for 1-2 days so I have no idea if it’s doing the job it’s supposed to or not. I will be contacting the company for a refund. No option to give 0 stars sadly.

Let me start by saying that I don’t normally write reviews, but after parting with £45 and spending a whole day trying to configure it on 3 devices, my frustration and astonishment has led me to. Like most, I bought this app after reading reviews on how good it is. I must have entered a parallel universe as this is actually the worst app I’ve used in terms of functionality! It is supposed to be compatible with kindle fire hd but it really isn’t. Also it didn’t even register any usage with my son’s iphone so it just him do anything. He was actually honest enough to tell me that he was able to view any website without time restrictions! I contacted technical customer support who, after two conversations with different individuals, informed me that my kindle fire wasn’t operating on the most updated operating system. It’s a brand new device with the latest update. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to know the product or the compatibility, repeating the same statement which wasn’t helpful, at all! To be fair to net nanny did give me a refund the next day, so the one star is for that process, not the product.

It stops the child’s phone repeatedly without reason. Trying to set internet usage time to unlimited - doesn’t allow me. Relationship between my child and I has broken down as they cannot access internet without reason. Real time location finder is useless. I am going to unsubscribe.

This is a stupid and time wasting app. Tried to install it on child’s iPhone after downloading the parent app & it just don’t work. Tried to contact the developer via email & no response. Stupid & time wasting!
